How It Works

A process that stays simple from start to finish

What happens after you reach out

01

Get in touch

Send a message through the contact page or call directly. A short note about your home or office and roughly how often you would like cleaning is enough to start.

02

Tell us about your space

We ask a handful of questions: number of rooms, any areas needing extra attention, pets, access arrangements, and preferred products.

03

Receive a plan

You get a straightforward outline covering what will be cleaned, roughly how long the visit will take, and the proposed schedule.

04

First cleaning visit

A cleaner arrives within the agreed window and works through the space following the plan, room by room.

05

Ongoing scheduling

If you choose a recurring rhythm, future visits are set at agreed intervals. Adjustments, pauses, or cancellations can be discussed ahead of any visit.

Choosing a rhythm that fits

Some clients only need one visit, ahead of a move, an event, or simply a thorough seasonal clean. Others prefer a recurring schedule, and this can be set weekly, every two weeks, or monthly depending on the space and how quickly it tends to need attention.

There is no requirement to commit to a long-term arrangement upfront. Many clients start with a single visit and decide afterward whether a recurring schedule makes sense. Others know from the start that a fixed rhythm suits their household or office better, and we set it up accordingly.

A few things people usually ask

Do I need to be home during the visit?

Not necessarily. Many clients provide access instructions in advance, such as a key arrangement or entry code, and are not present during the cleaning. Others prefer to be home, which is equally fine.

Can I change the schedule later?

Yes. Recurring schedules can be adjusted, paused, or ended by getting in touch ahead of the next planned visit.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Generally yes, though some clients prefer we use products already kept in the home or office, which we are happy to accommodate.

How is a small office visit different from a home visit?

Office visits typically focus on shared areas, desks, floors and kitchenettes, and are often scheduled early morning or evening to avoid disrupting work hours.
